Schedules individuals to assist with certain duties at the Wednesday meeting, such as greeter, host, invocation and taking attendance. Schedules are completed twice a year and members are able to obtain copies as attachment to the Harpoon or receive a hard copy available at the attendance table. Usually each member is assigned only once a year, and member's preference of what they like to be involved in is taken into consideration.
