The Interact Club of Huron High School hosted its second annual National Youth Service Day on April 10 at the school's media center with 50 Ann Arbor area high students attending. The Day promotes leadership and service in the community, and inspires students to become more active world citizens. This was Huron Interact's last major event of the year, and Rotary liaison to the club, Ed Wier, called it "a good accomplishment in preparation for hosting Interact Day 2011."
